How was year 2021

year 2021 was the pandemic for all of us. I was Pregnant 🤰 at the time and as my doctor said I can not get the vaccine for COVID. But which is common now I guess new mothers or even the pregnant woman can get the vaccine. My baby girl came into my life on 8th March, since then beautiful journey begins called motherhood. There are many achievements worth sharing from the past 12 months, major highlight for 2021 is taking care of my girl. I also had to go through postpartum anxiety as the birth of baby can trigger a jumble of powerful emotions, from excitement and joy to fear and anxiety. Which leads me to the frequent mood swings, difficulty in sleeping back then but everything is normal now. I am grateful for recovering and passing this phase smoothly. But suggestions to the new moms out there, don’t wait for the worse. if you are not feeling natural just consult with your doctors.

First Outing of My Baby Girl

When almost everyone out there were infected, I was suffered from COVID-19. It went worse, faced difficulty in breathing so had to hospitalized for 7-days. My husband and I both were suffering at the same time and biggest fear at that time was not staying with our baby. Luckily he doesn’t have to suffer the way I did. We both lost smell, taste for 10-15 days. After COVID-19, we felt anxiety and sometimes headaches.

In the start of the year we lost my husband’s grandpa, so throughout the year we remembered him in frequently in different conversations. Both grandpa and grandmaa used to sit, walk together all time, but now she is alone and talking about him mostly. They were such a great couple.

Hajurmaa and Hajurbaa

Biggest strategy this year was my sister is diagnosed with the cancer 4th stage they said 🙁 , she is younger than me and just starting her family, she has a 2 years child. this is so worse that all processed this information with a lot of pain. My parents are taking care of her from the day of operations. She was in OT for 6-7 hours. seeing the tumors out and stomach out I was numb at that time, She is a fighter, till date she has the 7 chemo sessions and doctor planned for the 12 sessions for now. God give her a strength to get better.

My Beautiful Sister – Get well Soon

While concluding, the year was full of trauma and struggles and frequent visit to hospitals.
