Raise your voice – not to shout but to be the voice of voiceless.

I am trying to write something for advocating on this March 8th, I hope this is being heard and everyone understands. Women’s empowerment is a crucial issue across the world, women face inequality, discrimination, and violence on a daily basis. At its core, women’s empowerment means giving women the tools, resources, and support they need to realize their full potential and achieve their goals. This includes access to education, healthcare, employment, and political participation, as well as the freedom to make their own choices and decisions.

One and only key way to empower women is through education. When women have access to quality education, they are better equipped to build successful careers, make informed decisions about their health and well-being, and participate in civic life. Education also helps to break down gender stereotypes and challenge cultural norms.

Another important aspect of women’s empowerment is economic empowerment. When women have access to employment opportunities, financial resources, and entrepreneurship support, they can gain greater economic independence, improve their own and their family’s economic stability, and contribute to the growth and development of their communities, But economic empowerment should come through education itself otherwise it will be just distributing the wealth as a donation or investing without knowing anything.

Political participation is also critical for women’s empowerment. Women must have an equal voice and representation in decision-making processes at all levels, from local to national and international. This means ensuring that women have equal access to political institutions, can run for office and be elected, and have their voices heard on issues that affect their lives and communities. Again I am saying this should also be based on Education and quality of leadership, not just to fulfill the women’s quota in political seats and acts as poppets.

Finally, it is essential to address the social and cultural norms that perpetuate gender-based discrimination and inequality. This includes challenging gender stereotypes, promoting gender equality and diversity, and raising awareness about the importance of women’s rights and empowerment.

In conclusion, women’s empowerment is not just a matter of justice and equality, it is also essential for creating a better and more sustainable future for all. We can help to create a world where women have the tools, resources, and support they need to realize their full potential and contribute to the well-being of their families, communities, and societies as a whole.
